LILI-II

LILI-II is a keystream generator designed by the Information Security Research Centre. It has been published at ACISP 2002.

The LILI-II keystream generator is a LFSR based synchronous stream cipher with a 128 bit key and taking a 128-bit IV parameter. The design offers large period and linear complexity, and is resistant to currently known styles of attack. LILI-II is simple to implement in hardware or software.

In July 2002, LILI-II was presented at the ACISP 2002 conference in Melbourne.

NEWS. Note that the Appendix of the original LILI-II paper is in ERROR and the Boolean function should be replaced with this new Boolean Function. This function does have all the important properties claimed in the paper.
